Delivery charges are complimentary for orders over €200 or US $250 to one address.

Your item will arrive JONA beautifully gift wrapped, packaged in a discreet plain box.
All EU orders are inclusive of VAT. Non-EU orders are exclusive of duties and local taxes.
All deliveries outside the EU may be subject to additional local import duties and taxes. Please note that Alex Jona cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes.
To return or exchange your gift selection from Jona.it, we offer an exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Merchandise must be returned unworn, in the original packaging. Please note we do not accept returns on customized or engraved pieces.
When you return your items to us, please ensure you enclose your name and address and whether you require a refund or an exchange.

We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
A prompt refund will be issued within 7 days if the item is in its original condition. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our team will contact you. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

If you purchased your gift selection between November 1st and December 31st, you have until 10th of January to return your item (or 28 days from the date of receipt – whichever is longer).
